Welcome to Bali
Airport arrival bus transfer, check-in at Prama Sanur Beach Hotel and the BALI7s Welcome Party. Meet fellow teams, families and the ambassadors.
Registration + Masterclass
Transfer to BUTC, the tournament venue, for official registration and a masterclass with former Socceroos and Matildas stars. Lunch at BUTC, then team training.
Opening Ceremony + Game Day
The BALI7s Opening Ceremony and the start of the tournament, with the ambassadors cheering on the teams.
Competition Day
A full day of BALI7s competition as teams battle their way towards Finals Day.
Finals + Closing Ceremony
Teams compete for tournament honours before coming together for the Closing Ceremony.
Beach Farewell Party
Morning at leisure, then beach soccer and time with the stars, games for the children, BBQ lunch and prizes.
Departure
Final breakfast, check-out and included airport departure bus transfer.
Daily breakfast included. Scheduled transfers between the hotel and BUTC on all tournament days.

Your home in Sanur
For six nights, Prama Sanur Beach Hotel becomes home to players, coaches, families, friends and supporters. Set alongside beautiful Mertasari Beach, this family-friendly beachfront resort has tropical gardens, swimming pools, a children's Splash Zone, restaurants, bars and watersports.
Step outside and you're straight onto Sanur's beachfront path. Walk it, run it or hire a bike, with cafes, restaurants, shops and local markets along the way. After the football, the family holiday continues.

Only 2–3 school days
The trip runs over the Easter long weekend (Good Friday 26 March, Easter Monday 29 March), so most students miss just 2–3 school days, depending on your state's term dates.

Receive your registration pack
We email you everything your club needs, including the BALI7s Statement Letter for each player and how to send us your team's documents.
Secure your place
Gullivers invoices your AUD $2,000 team deposit, which secures your team's place at BALI7s 2027 and is credited back across your travellers.

Good to know
Are flights included?
The player and supporter packages are land only. Gullivers, our official travel partner, can book flights, extra nights and other travel for your group. One coach per team travels free, including return airfares.
Who can come?
Teams compete in U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and Pro Team categories, for boys and girls. Families, friends and supporters are welcome on supporter packages and enjoy the full BALI7s experience except tournament entry.
How does the $2,000 team deposit work?
Gullivers invoices the club AUD $2,000 per team to secure its place. It isn't an extra fee: it's shared as a credit across every paid traveller in that team and counts towards each person's 50% payment due 15 January 2027.
How does the club cash back work?
Your club receives $2,000 cash back for every registered team, and 5 registered teams earn $10,000 plus an $8,000 Bali family holiday. Each team in the Club Rewards Program needs a minimum travelling group of 20 people, including players, the coach and supporters.
What documents will we need?
After registering, your club receives the BALI7s Statement Letter for each player (signed by a parent or guardian) and instructions for sending passport copies and passport-style photos to the All Star Sports Travel team, so we can complete your official tournament registration.
Will students miss school?
The trip runs over the Easter long weekend, so most students miss only 2–3 school days, depending on their state's term dates.
